Your driver waits with a name sign
On time, at the meeting point chosen when you booked, then straight to your address.
Send four things: the flight number, the destination address, the date and time, and how many of you are travelling. The form on the booking page returns the fare in the same session. If you prefer to speak to someone, call +33 7 87 11 76 61 or send a WhatsApp to the same number; both are answered seven days a week, including late at night.
You get a written confirmation with the driver's name, the vehicle and a WhatsApp contact. Requests for the same day are taken by phone or WhatsApp, subject to availability.

Your Nice Côte d'Azur airport transfer starts at the terminal exit, not in a distant car park. You choose the meeting point when you book:
- inside the arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim, driver holding a sign with your name;
- at the kerb outside the exit, engine running, for a quick departure;
- at the information desk of your terminal, listed on the official airport maps, if you would rather walk through first.
Your Nice airport chauffeur sends the meeting point and his number before you fly, so you know exactly where to walk. If you are travelling with a group and a lot of luggage, the driver can wait by the car and come up when you message.

Flight tracking and waiting, at no extra cost
We take your flight number at booking and follow the landing time. If the aircraft is late, the pick-up moves with it and the waiting is already inside the fare. Nothing is added for the delay, and nothing is added for the hour you land.
Airline-side compensation for long delays is a separate matter, covered by EU air passenger rights; our part is simply to be there when you come out.
Included in the fare
One fixed price, with no supplements
Every private transfer from Nice Airport is priced for the car, not per passenger, and the figure includes:
- A night arrival or a 5am departure.
- Waiting time after landing.
- Child seats and booster cushions.
- Tolls and parking on the route.

Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The fare for your destination, vehicle and date is the fare you pay. Night arrival, waiting and child seats are already inside it.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow the flight number you give us and move the pick-up to the actual landing time. The waiting is included, and you keep the driver's WhatsApp to send a message when you land.
Where will the driver be waiting?
At the point you chose: in the arrivals hall with a name sign, at the kerb outside the exit, or another agreed spot. You receive the meeting point and the driver's number before you fly.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats and booster cushions, fitted on request with no supplement. Tell us the child's age and weight at booking.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Payment is by card through a secure link sent with the confirmation, and card payment in the car is possible if you prefer.
Do you drive at night?
Day and night, seven days a week, on reservation. Late arrivals and early departures are booked like any other transfer, at the same grid fare.
