The form above asks for your route, date and time, passengers and vehicle. It returns the fixed fare before you confirm.
In brief
- Route or hours: a point-to-point transfer, or the car and driver kept by the hour from one hour.
- Price: fixed per vehicle, read from the grid; no night, waiting or child seat supplement.
- Vehicles: Tesla electric sedan (3 passengers / 2 large suitcases), Mercedes V-Class van (6 / 6 pieces), S-Class on request.
- Booking: form, phone or WhatsApp (+33 7 87 11 76 61), seven days a week, day and night.
How to book a private driver in three steps
1. Choose the route or hourly hire. Enter your pickup, destination, date and time in the form above. For an open day, choose hourly hire instead and give the number of hours and the stops you have in mind.
2. Read the fixed fare. The amount for your route, date and vehicle appears before you commit. Two seasons apply: October to May outside congresses, June to September and congress periods. Sedan and van each have their own line, so compare both before you choose.
3. Confirm. Add your passengers, luggage and any child seat, then confirm. The written confirmation follows with the driver’s name, the vehicle and the meeting point.
If the destination is not on the grid, or you need an S-Class, an extra stop or a multi-day itinerary, the fare is quoted individually and confirmed at booking.
What you get before you confirm
- Fixed fare: read from the 46-destination grid and shown for your date, not an estimate.
- No supplements: a 4am arrival, the waiting after landing and child seats are inside the fare.
- Tolls and parking: included on the route priced.
- Card payment: a secure link comes with the confirmation, or pay by card in the car.
- The vehicle named: the Tesla or the V-Class you booked, not an equivalent class.
- A written confirmation: driver’s name, meeting point and his WhatsApp number.
The figure you accept is the figure you pay.
Book a chauffeur in Nice by phone or WhatsApp, 7/7
Not everyone wants to fill a form. Call or send a WhatsApp to +33 7 87 11 76 61 and give the same four things: route, date and time, passengers and vehicle. Both channels are answered seven days a week, day and night.
Late-night arrivals and early departures are booked in advance like any other transfer, at the same grid fare; nothing is added for the hour. Same-day requests go through phone or WhatsApp, subject to availability. If you want to book a chauffeur in Nice for a morning of meetings, say so and the hourly rate is confirmed with your itinerary.
The vehicles
- Tesla electric sedan: 3 passengers / 2 large suitcases / fully electric / water and phone charging on board
- Mercedes V-Class van: 6 passengers / 6 pieces of luggage / walk-in rear cabin for golf bags or a pushchair
- Mercedes S-Class: on request / quoted with your fare
Child seats and booster cushions are fitted on request, with no supplement. Drivers hold the French VTC professional card, and cost certainty is a legal requirement for a VTC in France (DGCCRF).
What happens after you book a private driver
Confirmation. You receive the driver’s name, the vehicle and the meeting point in writing, by email and by WhatsApp.
Flight tracked. You gave the flight number at booking, so we follow the landing time. If the aircraft is late, the pick-up moves with it and the waiting is already inside the fare.
Meet & greet with a name sign. At the meeting point you chose: inside the arrivals hall after baggage reclaim, at the kerb outside the exit, or another agreed spot listed on the airport maps. The driver’s number reaches you before you travel, so you can message him when you land.
That is how every private driver booking on the French Riviera runs, from one airport run to a week of appointments. Delays handled by the airline follow EU air passenger rights; our part is to be there when you come out.

FAQ
How far in advance should I book a private driver?
As early as your dates are fixed, especially for June to September and congress weeks, when the van and the S-Class go first. Same-day requests are taken by phone or WhatsApp, subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow the flight number you gave us and move the pick-up to the actual landing time. Waiting is included, so a late landing costs nothing extra.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Call or message the same number. A new route, time or vehicle is re-priced on the grid and confirmed in writing, and the conditions for cancelling are set out on your confirmation. Tell us as early as you can.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, seats and booster cushions, fitted on request without supplement. Give the child’s age and weight at booking so the right seat is in the car.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. A secure card link comes with the confirmation, and card payment in the car is possible if you prefer. No cash is expected.
